Sam asks Dean for help after finding a baby at the scene of its parents' murder. Meanwhile, Dean becomes angry when he learns that his grandfather, Samuel, decides to raise the child as a hunter.

Season 6 Episode 3 "The Third Man"
While Heaven remains in a state of disarray, Sam, Dean, and Castiel come face-to-face with an old foe when they attempt to track down the thief who stole the Staff of Moses from an arsenal of God's weapons in order to kill several police officers with the plagues of Egypt.

Season 6 Episode 4 "Weekend At Bobby's"
Bobby turns to Sam and Dean for help when the demon Crowley refuses to return his soul as agreed.

Season 6 Episode 5 "Live free or Twihard"
During a fight with vampires, Dean is bitten and transformed. To obtain a cure, Samuel tells Dean to get the blood of the vampire that bit him. However, the vampire alpha is part of the pack that Dean must infiltrate.
Season 6 Episode 6 "You Can't Handle The Truth"
When several people kill themselves under strange circumstances, Sam and Dean discover that they were driven insane by the Goddess of Truth, who forced them to tell the truth against their will. However, when the brothers track down the goddess, Veritas, she uses her powers on Dean.
Season 6 Episode 7 "Family Matters"
Despite his suspicions, Dean accompanies Sam with his cousins and Samuel on a hunting trip. However, deep in the woods, things go wrong.



Season 6 Episode 8 "All Dogs Go To Heaven"
Sam and Dean discover the Alpha skinwalker's plan: create sleeper cells of his kind and turn them loose upon humanity. To find and stop the Alpha, the brothers need the help of a skinwalker that has taken the form of a dog and befriended its human family.
Season 6 Episode 9 "Clap Your Hands If You Believe..."
While investigating crop circles, Dean is abducted by the creatures responsible, only to discover that they are fairies. They release him, but Dean soon discovers that the fairies, which only he can see, aren't letting go so easily.chester. ( Fight the Fairies!)
Season 6 Episode 10 "Caged Heat"
Sam and Dean make a deal with Meg to find Crowley and force him to return Sam's soul, but the plan starts to fall apart when Castiel helps, and can't abide working with a demon.



Season 6 Episode 11 "Appointment In Samarra"
Death agrees to help Dean get Sam's soul back, but requires Dean to serve in his place for 24 hours. Meanwhile, Sam decides that he doesn't want his soul back and turns to Balthazar for assistance. The rogue angel agrees to help, and informs Sam that the spell required needs the blood of his father... or a father figure.
Season 6 Episode 12 "Like A Virgin"
When Sam emerges from his coma with no memory of the last year and a half, Bobby and Dean decide not to tell him what he did while his soul was missing. The brothers go to Oregon to investigate mysterious disappearances that appear to be the work of dragons.
Season 6 Episode 13 "Unforgiven"
When Sam starts to have flashbacks from his year as a soulless hunter before he contacted Dean, the brothers receive a message leading them to a small town where Sam spent time working on a case with their grandfather, Samuel.



Season 6 Episode 14 "Mannequin 3: The Reckoning"
While Dean is called home to help Lisa, Sam investigates the case of a missing woman and discovers she was the butt of a cruel practical joke played on her by her co-workers.
Season 6 Episode 15 "The French Mistake"
When Raphael launches an attack, Balthazar transports Sam and Dean to a parallel world where they are mistaken for two actors named Jared and Jensen, who star in a TV series called Supernatural, which is about two brothers who hunt monsters for a living. The Winchesters must cope with some familiar faces in different roles when they discover that "Jared" is married to an actress who looks like the demon Ruby, and Castiel resembles a tweet-happy actor named Misha Collins.
Season 6 Episode 16 "... And Then There Were None"
Sam, Dean, and Bobby search for the Mother of All's most recent child, but run into trouble when they discover that Samuel and Gwen are also looking for the creature. As things deteriorate, Samuel and Bobby argue over the best way to handle the situation.



Season 6 Episode 17 "My Heart Will Go On"
The embodiment of Fate appears to eliminate individuals who exist in the present because Balthazar has altered history and stopped the sinking of the Titanic. However, she soon sets her sights on Dean and Sam, who have avoided their fates once too often.
Season 6 Episode 18 "Frontierland"
Dean discovers that Samuel Colt may have what they need to defeat Eve. Since Colt lived in the 19th century, the brothers ask Castiel to send them back in time to learn what they need.
Season 6 Episode 19 "Mommy Dearest"
The brothers track Eve to Oregon and discover that she's converted an entire town into a new breed of monsters... and has taken the form of Mary Winchester to torment Sam and Dean.



Season 6 Episode 20 "The Man Who Would Be King"
As Castiel contemplates the details of the civil war in Heaven, and his history with Raphael, Bobby and the Winchesters begin to realize the angel is being less than truthful with them.

Season 6 Episode 21 "Let It Bleed"
When Crowley tries to get to Dean by abducting Lisa and Ben, the Winchesters turn to an unexpected source for help. Meanwhile, Bobby learns of another visitor from Purgatory.

Season 6 Episode 22 "The Man Who Knew Too Much"
While the war in Heaven draws to a final battle, Sam's memories of his time in Hell resurface, and Dean and Bobby can only watch as the younger Winchester's psyche shatters.
